The food is pure Greek, it’s true traditional food because Anna was taught by her mother who was taught by her grandmother and that list goes on and on.
Family recipes are cooked with pure ingredients with extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil for frying.
There is a variety of starters and salads to follow with your main course such as courgette croquets and Paradisos salad.
We suggest you , as a main course, to try Shrimps spaghetti, Mousaka, Green beans in red sauce or Fava (split peas).
Shrimps spaghetti is made with a little bit of garlic, parsley, red hot chilli pepper flakes and the best in the end is ouzo, which gives an extra spice.
Mousaka is originally made with aubergines, potatoes, grounded beef with bechamel sauce and baked in the oven.
Fava is suggested to be tasted with a fish meze (appetizer) on the side such as small fried whitebait (maridaki)
Do not miss the original taste of Tzatziki or the tomato croquets and of course the best fried Calamari you ever tasted.
